MANILA, Philippines— Abraham Idjirani, spokesperson of the Sultanate of Sulu said Tuesday members of the “Royal Army” are running low on food supply, noting that Malaysia is violating the Geneva Convention.
In an interview with Radyo Inquirer 990AM, Idjirani said that as of past 2 a.m. Tuesday, members of the Royal Army of the Sultanate of Sulu are in a good condition, but are having difficulties with the apparent “food blockage” being experienced by the group in Sabah.
The Malaysian government should understand that according to the Geneva Conference, even enemies should be given food.
