Drawing similarities between Hishamuddin and the staunchly pro-UMNO member of parliament Ibrahim Ali, Husam called on Najib to appoint someone who was "more mature" in handling the government's opposition to Bersih.
“He (Hishamuddin) is like Ibrahim Ali. I hope the prime minister will replace the Home Minister and appoint someone more mature who does not react emotionally in handling issues like Bersih,” he said after meeting 100 Felcra settlers here last night.
Husam (left) said Najib should "think calmly" about the Bersih rally, saying provocative statements against it could undermine the country’s image abroad and drive away investors.
He added that the government should heed the lessons from the Egyptian uprising earlier this year, in which people's anger were fuelled by the government's high-handedness.
He described the spate of arrests of Bersih sympathisers only showed that Barisan Nasional was clueless.
“If the democratic system is sullied, then it becomes our duty to clear the mess,” said Husam

Najib mana ada otak untuk berfikir.Selama ini dia gunakan otak Rosmah.Otak Rosmah pulak dah diselaputi olkeh cholestrol.Hishammudin ni pun satu hal jugak.Dia memang tak layak nak jadi Menteri Dalam Negeri sebab otak dia belum matang lagi.Masih berhingus dan langsung tak faham makna "keselamatan negara".
najib dan hishamudin rau rau ni dua golongan bangsawan um-no/b-end..mereka ni mana tau jerit perit golongan rakyat terbanyak....yang malang nya majoriti penyokong ialah jenis pencacai cari makan...nasib kau lah labu dibodohkan sampai mapos......
